The kitchen is modern and most of the appliances are brand new. Instruction booklets for the appliances are in the kitchen draw 2nd down to the left of . Oven and hob
Oven and Hob. This is a gas Oven and hob and a little older so full instructions are located on the appliance.
one thing to note is that the bottom left hob and the grill both nee to be lit by a gas lighter which you will find inthe kitchen drawer next to the cooker. The switche to turn on and off by the mains are located on the wall near the kettle and toaster.

Heating - The house has gas central heating throughout and ther eis a Thermostat located on the wall by the stairs for you to control the temperature.Please ensure to turn down to a low level when out of the house and at checkout..
Fridge & Freezer - You should not need to adjust any settings. If you run into any difficulties (e.g. it's not cooling efficiently) please let us know.
Dishwasher -Brand new beko dishwasher
How to use : Here is a quick start guide but there are also instructions in the drawer.
-Open the dishwasher and load crockery and cutlery
- Please do not overload
-Pop a tablet in the capsule slot
-Close dishwasher
-Select the desired cycle
-Press the start button on the digital display that looks like a “ Play” button.
Waste and Recycling The waste and recycling bins are located directly outside the property on the driveway. Please seperate your trash accordingly . Bin day is TUESDAY.
Please move the relevant bins to the very front of the driveway, or just on the pavement on the Monday night, otherwise they will not get emptied.

Green Bin x 2 - Recycling ONLY - Cardboard, plastic, cans etc
Brown Bin - Garden Waste Only
