Rules and Regulations:

Keys - IMPORTANT- Please leave the keys in the lockbox when away from the property and jumble the numbers. If you walk out the house and the door closes behind you it will lock so be careful.

Quiet Times - We are located in a residential street and it's home to many people. As such we ask that you respect their privacy and their right to a peaceful existence! Specifically, between the hours of 10pm and 8am noise should be kept to a minimum.

Breakages - We understand that sometimes accidents happen! Should you break anything please let us know immediately - if it's minor we usually won't charge. If it's a larger issue (e.g. the TV screen!) we would like to agree the cost with you before you leave to avoid any issues later. Thank you!

Smoking Policy- This is a smoke-free home, however you are permitted to smoke outside in the garden area , but please be sure to clear up after yourselves and do not leave stubbs lying around.

A fire extinguisher and first aid kit are provided for your safety and are
located in the kitchen

Pets - We love animals but we chose to make this home pet-free due to many people being allergic.

Laundry- Please feel free to use all the laundry facilities provided.

Please take care when stepping in and out of the shower/ bath as the floors are slippery when wet. Please use the mats provided.

Please take care when using the heaters as the surfaces can be hot to touch. Children must be supervised at all times whilst in the apartment.

Ensure you do not lose your keys or lock them in the apartment as this may require a locksmith to attend which will be chargeable

What to do in an emergency:
For emergency services (ambulance, police, fire) please immediately call 999. Do not delay if you feel an emergency situation has arisen. State your location as the address on the front page of this book. In case of a fire please make your way of the front door on to the street   Please exit as quickly as possible Ensure that all persons are accounted for Dial 999 and ask for ‘FIRE’ State your location (see front page of this book) Do not attempt to re-enter the building until a Fire Officer states that it is safe to do so.
