🌡 Heating Instructions (Hive Thermostat)
The property is fitted with a Hive smart thermostat.
You can easily adjust the temperature using the round dial in the centre.

🔥 To Increase or Decrease the Temperature
1. Turn the large round dial left or right.
2. The screen will show your new target temperature.
3. Press the green ✓ button to confirm.
That’s it — the heating will adjust automatically.

⚡ To Use “Heat Boost” (Quick Warm-Up)
If you’d like the heating on immediately for a set time:
1. Press the Heat Boost option (shown on screen).
2. Choose how long you’d like the boost on (e.g. 30 minutes).
3. Adjust the temperature if needed using the dial.
4. Press the green ✓ button to confirm.
The heating will stay on for the selected time, then return to its normal schedule.

⏱ Heating Schedule
The heating is programmed to come on automatically at set times each day.
If you adjust the temperature manually, it will override the schedule temporarily.

❗ If the Heating Doesn’t Come On
• Make sure you have pressed the green ✓ to confirm.
• Set the temperature at least 2–3 degrees above the current room temperature.
• Allow a few minutes for the system to respond.

🧺 Washing Machine Instructions (Hotpoint)
Please follow the steps below to use the washing machine.

▶️ Quick Start Guide
1. Load your laundry
Do not overfill — leave a small gap at the top of the drum.
2. Add detergent
Pull out the drawer on the top left:
• Main compartment = normal detergent
• Small compartment with flower symbol = fabric softener (optional)
3. Select a programme
Turn the centre dial to your chosen wash:
Recommended for most loads:
✅ Eco 40–60 (everyday washing)
✅ Cotton (towels & bedding)
✅ Mixed (general clothes)
4. Adjust temperature or spin (if required)
Use the buttons next to the display screen.
5. Press the Start button (▶︎/II)
The cycle will begin and the door will lock.

🔓 After the Wash
• Wait for the door lock light to go off before opening.
• Leave the door slightly open after use to help prevent odours.

⚠️ Important Notes
• Do not overload the machine.
• Only use washing detergent (no washing-up liquid).
• If the machine does not start, ensure the door is fully closed.
• If “Key Lock” is on, hold the button to unlock.

🍽 Dishwasher Instructions (Beko)
Please follow the steps below to use the dishwasher.

▶️ Quick Start Guide
1. Load the dishwasher
• Plates & larger items on the bottom rack
• Glasses & cups on the top rack
• Cutlery in the basket
• Do not block the spray arms
2. Add dishwasher tablet
• Open the door fully
• Place one tablet into the detergent compartment inside the door
• Close the compartment lid firmly
3. Select a programme
Turn the dial on the right to your chosen setting.
Recommended options:
✅ Eco – Best for normal daily use
✅ Quick & Clean – Faster wash
✅ Intensive (70°) – For heavily soiled pots & pans
4. Press the Start button (▶︎/II)
• Close the door firmly
• The cycle will begin

⏳ During the Cycle
• The door will lock while running.
• Avoid opening mid-cycle unless necessary.

🔓 When Finished
• Wait a few minutes before unloading (items may be hot).
• Leave the door slightly open to allow steam to escape.

⚠️ Important Notes
• Only use dishwasher tablets (no washing-up liquid).
• Do not overload.
• Scrape excess food off plates before loading.
• If the machine does not start, check the door is fully closed.
