The kitchen is brand new and most of the appliances are also. There is an integrated dishwasher. Instruction booklets for the appliances are in the kitchen drawer.

Oven and hob -
This is an electric hob and oven. The switches to turn on and off by the mains are located on the wall near the kettle and toaster. the clock on the oven needs to be set to a time ( any time ) in order for the oven to work.

Washing Machine & Tumble Dryer - There are laundry tablets and dryer sheets on top of the tumble dryer for you to use.

Heating - The house has gas central heating throughout and each room is individually controlled for your convenience. There are quick guide instructions next to the heating appliance in the kitchen and an instruction booklet in the kitchen drawer. Please ensure to turn it down to a low level when out of the house and at checkout.

Fridge Freezer - You should not need to adjust any settings. If you run into any difficulties (e.g. it's not cooling efficiently) please let us know.

Dishwasher - Open the dishwasher and the settings are on the inside at the top. Pop your dishwasher tablet in the relevant slot and once you have set the cycle and pressed start, just close the door and it will start. Please do not overload the washer.

Waste and Recycling The waste and recycling bins are located directly outside the property next to the garage. Please only use the bins numbered 24. Please separate your trash accordingly. BIN DAY is Thursday so please leave relevant bins on the front on the pavement on Wednesday evening.
