Kitchen Facilities The kitchen is equipped with everything you should need, however if anything is missing that you would prefer to have available to you then please do not hesitate to make us aware and we will do our best to ensure they are available for future visits.

Heating

Each room has an individual thermostat for underfloor heating. We have set it to what we believe is a comfortable temperature. Should this not be sufficient then this thermostat can be adjusted by turning the dial, however we would encourage guests to be mindful of the environment and not set the heating unnecessarily high. Each thermostat has a switch on it as well as a fused switch on the wall below it, both of these switches need to be on for the heating to work. The towel rail within the bathroom is on a switch either located in the airing cupboard within the bathroom, or outside the bathroom on the wall. We request that this is only used if absolutely necessary.

All cutlery, crockery, glassware and kitchen utensils are provided and we do request that guests clean everything that is used during your stay, should an abnormally excessive amount of dishes be left uncleaned in relation to the number of guests staying, additional cleaning charges may apply which can be seen within the House Rules section.

An ironing board and iron can be found within the kitchen.

Hair Dryer can be located in your bedroom.

To use the Smart TV please press the power button. The TV is also connected to the internet so Netflix can be used with your own Netflix login details.
