House rules (summary)

To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests and neighbours:
• No parties, events, hen or stag groups
• No smoking or vaping inside the property
• No unregistered visitors
• Respect quiet hours after 10pm
• Please dry off fully before entering the house after swimming
• Guests must be 21+ to book
Additional cleaning or damage may incur extra charges. Mid-stay cleaning is required for longer bookings and can be arranged separately.

Other things to note
• The swimming pool is heated and maintained at approx. 22°C (seasonal use only).
• Children must be supervised at all times around the pool.
• The pool must be covered when not in use and by 8:00pm each evening.
• The outdoor shower room is located in a separate building and should be used after swimming.
• A £250 refundable damage deposit is required prior to check-in.
• Quiet hours apply after 10:00pm as this is a residential area.
• Exterior security cameras are in place covering outdoor areas only (including the pool) for guest safety and property security
