Keys - IMPORTANT- Please leave the keys in the lockbox when away from the property and jumble the numbers.
Always lock the front door behind you when leaving the property.

Quiet Times - We are located in a residential street and it's home to many people. As such we ask that you respect their privacy and their right to a peaceful existence! Specifically, between the hours of 10pm and 8am noise should be kept to a minimum.

Breakages - We understand that sometimes accidents happen! Should you break anything please let us know immediately - if it's minor we usually won't charge. If it's a larger issue (e.g. the TV screen!) we would like to agree the cost with you before you leave to avoid any issues later. Thank you!

Smoking Policy- This is a smoke-free home, however you are permitted to smoke outside in the garden area , but please be sure to clear up after yourselves and do not leave stubbs lying around.

Pets - We love animals but we chose to make this home pet-free due to many people being allergic.

What to do in case of a power cut Power outages do not happen very often but please be prepared. The mother switchboard is located in bedroom 3
(the bedroom door has the number 3 on it)
All breakers are labelled. Important, following a power outage, please ensure that all stove and oven switches are turned off immediately and all saucepans etc. are removed from the stovetop and oven. This will ensure that when external power is restored there is no risk of fire from burning pots and pans.

Candles - These are prohibited from use on the property.
