β’ The pool is available seasonally, May to September, and must be covered when not in use and by 8:00 PM each evening.
β’ Children must be supervised at all times while using the pool. No glass by the pool; please use the plastic glassware provided.
β’ Exterior security cameras cover outdoor areas, including the pool.
β’ The lead guest must be aged 23 or over.

Bushmead House is in Bushmead, one of north Luton's most desirable residential neighbourhoods. It's quiet and leafy, yet only about 7 minutes' drive from Luton town centre and The Mall. The nearest Co-op is about a 10-minute walk, Sainsbury's at Bramingham Park is about 8 minutes' drive, and the Asda superstore at Wigmore is around 9 minutes away.
Transport
Luton station is about 6 minutes' drive, with fast Thameslink trains to London St Pancras in around 25 minutes. Leagrave station is about 9 minutes away, and London Luton Airport about 13 minutes. M1 junctions 10 and 11 are both around 11 to 12 minutes' drive.

Please note that in order to secure your booking we require an agreement to our T&Cs, provision of government ID and a pre authorisation damage deposit. The deposit will only be charged if upon property inspection there is evidence of damage or lack of adherence to our T&Cs.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations: Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking if the check in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check in.
