Neighbourhood
Cowridge House is the perfect stay if you are working in the area, need to be close to the airport or looking to get into London. There is so much right on your doorstep! Located in a quiet residential street, it's a short walk to Hart Lane with a selection of restaurants. It's a short drive to Wigmore Hall Shopping Centre and Tesco Express. Luton Airport is less than a 5 min drive away. EasyJet offices and surrounding businesses are close by too.
Transport
Tesco Express is a 5 min drive away for any conveniences you may need. Luton Asda Superstore along with several shops and eateries are within a 5 min drive at the Wigmore Hall Shopping Centre. You also have Starbucks, McDonalds, Lidl and Luton Retail Park less than a 6 min drive away. Luton Station offers fast and frequent trains into St. Pancras (which take only 25 minutes). Please note that in order to secure your booking we require an agreement to our T&Cs, provision of government ID and a pre authorisation damage deposit. The deposit will only be charged if upon property inspection there is evidence of damage or lack of adherence to our T&Cs.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations: Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking if the check in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check in.
