Kingsbury House is in a residential street on the Luton side of Dunstable. Lidl on Luton Road and a Co-op are both about an 8 to 9 minute walk, and the large Tesco Extra on Skimpot Road is about 3 minutes' drive. Dunstable town centre, with its shops, pubs and the Grove Theatre, is 1.4 miles away.
Transport
M1 junction 11 is about 4 minutes' drive, for quick access to Luton, Milton Keynes and London. Leagrave station, with Thameslink trains to London, is about 7 minutes away, and London Luton Airport about 18 minutes.

Please note that in order to secure your booking we require an agreement to our T&Cs, provision of government ID and a pre authorisation damage deposit. The deposit will only be charged if upon property inspection there is evidence of damage or lack of adherence to our T&Cs.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations: Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking if the check in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check in.
