Serviced accommodation involves fewer add on charges. You have your own fully equipped kitchen and cooking space which cuts the cost of eating out.
Some hotels also charge for the internet, but with our serviced accommodation it’s provided for free.

For public review Great place, very nice and clean. We were glad that we choose this place for our stayed. Kitchen is filled with kitchenware ready for cooking. Netflix for movies lovers.The place is not far from Luton city centre. Sasha was a great host as she always checked if we needed anything and she even prepared us with groceries shopping list that we requested her to do for us before we arrive. We definitely highly recommended this place to all Airbnb guests.
Do you allow pets?Unfortunately, we do not allow pets in any of our properties.
Do you allow smoking in any of your properties?We do not allow smoking inside the properties. We do allow smoking in the designated outside smoking area.
Are any of your properties shared spaces?No, we let you the entire property for the duration of your stay. No one else has access, and you are always notified at least 24 hours prior should our cleaning or maintenance team require access.
Do you take a security deposit? if so, how does this work?"Yes, for all our listings we require a deposit from our guests. Depending on the booking platform the deposit is either charged as a pre-authorization against your card in case a claim and charge is made or by direct payment which we hold until after you have checked out and the property has been checked. We Notify you with-in 24 hours of check out if there are any instances of damage. When we release the security deposit It may take up to 7 days to be accessible in your account
Can we order deliveries to the properties?Yes, we allow take-aways and small deliveries during your stay. Please be aware that for larger items we would ask that you inform us prior to ordering. We cannot accept any responsibility for items that arrive before or after your stay.
What are your cancellation policies?We allow a full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking if the check in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check in.
Do Jesswood Properties offer parking?Yes, currently all our properties offer off street private parking.
Can I pay in cash on arrival?No- unfortunately, we do not accept cash at any of our properties.
Do you offer long stay discounts?Yes, we can offer large discounts for stays of 28 days or more when you book direct.
Do you cater for group bookings?Yes we do, We have several properties which can accommodate large groups of up to 11 people. These properties generally have 3 or more bathrooms.
Do you have Wi-Fi?Yes, we offer complimentary high speed Wi-Fi at all of our properties. Details to log in will be in your 'digital guest experience guide', which will be sent prior to check in, and are at the properties also.
